The Head of Events, reporting to the VP of Marketing, will develop and execute Thesis’ global events strategy, ensuring a structured and scalable approach to event management; this role will oversee the planning, execution, and optimization of Thesis-led/hosted/sponsored events and its presence at major industry conferences.

As our Events Manager, you will own the strategy and execution of high-impact events, from executive roundtables to global conferences, working closely with marketing, sales, and product teams to craft exceptional experiences that elevate Cytora’s thought leadership and industry presence.

The Director of Events will manage a team of event professionals, design, and execute a wide range of events aligned with our company's strategic initiatives and brand, manage a team of high-performing event managers responsible for delivering exceptional branded and sponsored events in the web3 and banking capital markets industries, and lead, mentor, and manage a team of event managers, coordinators, and support staff to deliver high-quality events.
