About the Role:
- IDC India seeks an Events Project Specialist to plan and deliver regional events in APAC & META.
- This role manages milestones, vendors, sponsors, budgets, and logistics for seamless events.
What You'll Do:
- Support end-to-end event lifecycle, including timelines, task trackers, and stakeholder coordination.
- Oversee vendor management, sponsor relations, and on-site event execution with real-time troubleshooting.
- Coordinate post-event wrap-up, reports, and feedback documentation.
What You Bring:
- Bachelor's degree and 2-3 years of event project management experience.
- Strong organizational, budget management, and Microsoft Office/project management tool skills.
- Excellent communication and ability to manage multiple stakeholders and vendors.
