What You'll Do:
- Support day-to-day production and execution of multiple events by maintaining timelines, deliverables, and project documentation.
- Build, maintain, and update project timelines, workback schedules, and task trackers to keep deadlines on track.
- Coordinate shipping, inventory, vendor communication, budget tracking, and onsite materials management.
What You'll Bring:
- 3–5 years of agency or in-house brand experience in experiential or events.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple timelines.
- Excellent communication and teamwork with clients, vendors, and internal stakeholders.
