What you’ll do:
- Own logistics for conferences, dinners, field events, and marketing programs end to end.
- Create standout event experiences, manage vendors, and keep timelines and deliverables on track.
- Maintain the marketing calendar and help turn recurring work into scalable processes.
What we are looking for:
- 2–4+ years in event marketing, field marketing, or coordination.
- High agency, ownership, and resourcefulness to drive work forward independently.
- Strong project management, attention to detail, and clear communication across teams.
