The Sr. Event Planner on the Events & Experiences team supports the planning and execution of impactful in-person and virtual experiences, bringing Zapier’s people and community together. This role is essential to delivering high-quality events and meaningful moments that drive connection, engagement, and alignment with our business and culture. The position requires exceptional communication skills and innovative problem-solving abilities.

This role supports the team in executing events and marketing program logistics through every stage. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. They will help with venue research and selection, vendor management, assist with budget management, and ensure accuracy and consistency of reporting. This person will organize, manage, and ship marketing supplies and client packages, manage event webpages, create marketing emails, monitor event timelines, and enhance the AuditBoard brand.

This role is responsible for providing comprehensive support to the regional marketing team in executing successful events and marketing campaigns. This position requires a strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of event logistics, marketing automation platforms (specifically Marketo), and lead management processes.
