Working within Digital Health, a Shared Health service, you will facilitate the improvement and enablement of healthcare delivery transformation through the use of information and communication technology. The focus is to provide efficient, effective information management and communication technology processes across the provincial health sector.
Represents process requirements in process design. Provides detail and designs for the specific process. Supports GAP Analysis of required business process to SAP functionality. Must possess high level of communications, consulting, and client relationship skills, effectively identifies and framing problems, leading the collection of elements of information.
Lead requirements gathering sessions with stakeholders to understand business objectives and document detailed business requirements. Analyze and document current business processes and workflows, identifying areas for improvement and optimization. Develop comprehensive business cases outlining costs, benefits, and risks of proposed solutions. Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of business and technology solutions.
