As a Senior Technical Support Engineer, ensure customer success with Ditto by resolving issues, building team knowledge, and driving improvements. You'll troubleshoot problems, partner with engineering, and interact with developers to provide 24x7 coverage and root cause analysis, aiming for high customer satisfaction.

The services team plays an important role in the successful setup, integration, and deployment of BigID's discovery tools, for our customers and implementation partners. This position also works to identify the root cause of any deployment issues and works with the larger team to help resolve them to ensure the success of the customer.

In this role, you will handle advanced technical escalations, monitor system health, and support software releases as a Senior Support Engineer. As an Escalation Manager, you will manage and resolve high-priority technical issues, improving escalation processes and leading RCA investigations.
