Own and deliver complex IT projects from design through deployment.
Collaborate with Project Managers and cross-functional teams to support infrastructure and cloud initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform migrations for Exchange, SharePoint, OneDrive, Teams, and Google Workspace to Microsoft 365.
Configure and operate migration tools such as Quest On Demand Migration, AvePoint Fly, or similar.
Support Active Directory, Entra ID, DNS, authentication, and mail flow dependencies.

What You Bring:

5+ years of relevant IT experience with substantial M365 administration or migration delivery.
Hands-on experience with Exchange Server and Microsoft 365 tenant migrations.
Working familiarity with Windows Server, DNS, firewall connectivity, and cloud file platforms.

Compensation & Benefits:

Annual salary range of $85,000 - $120,000 with bonus eligibility.
Comprehensive benefits including health, dental, vision, 401k, paid parental leave, and flexible vacation.
Remote work with travel required at least once a month and occasional nights/weekends for migrations.
