As a Remote Support Engineer II, you’ll ensure the reliability, security, and performance of clients’ network environments across Fortinet, Cisco, Palo Alto, and Ubiquiti platforms. You will providing advanced troubleshooting, configuration, and optimization to resolve complex multi-tenant infrastructures.
The Client Lifecycle Specialist is a technical, client-facing role responsible for ensuring seamless onboarding and deployment of Coretelligent’s managed IT and security solutions, serving as the technical bridge between our clients and internal engineering teams. This position is hands-on and detail-oriented, requiring both technical depth and strong communication skills, directly involved in tool deployment, documentation, and environment readiness for new client onboarding projects.
