IT & Information Security Manager

Role Overview:

• Own and strengthen IT operations and security in a fully remote, cloud-first organization.
• Report directly to the CEO and shape the IT roadmap as the business grows.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage Microsoft 365, Entra ID, Intune, endpoint protections, and backup and recovery processes.
• Implement security controls, support audits, and extend identity governance across SaaS and AI platforms.
• Handle onboarding, helpdesk, vendor relationships, budget, and technology strategy.

Requirements:

• 5–8+ years of hands-on administration of Microsoft 365 and Entra ID/Azure AD environments.
• Experience with Conditional Access, MFA, SSO, Microsoft Defender, and remote workforce support.
• At least two years supporting SOC 2, ISO 27001, or comparable audits.
