Responsibilities:
- Own IT operations, endpoint security, and support across HQ and business units.
- Manage identity, access, endpoints, and cloud environments (M365, Google, AWS).
- Drive integrations and manage MSPs and vendors.
Requirements:
- 7+ years IT operations, 3+ years leading IT or MSPs.
- Hands-on M365, Google Workspace, RMM, EDR, and AWS.
- Experience supporting SOC 2 or ISO 27001 audits.
