About the Role:

  • Serves as the primary point of accountability for endpoint management, internal technology projects, and UPSTACK's outside vendor and MSP relationships.
  • Plans and leads internal IT projects from scope through execution, including platform transitions, network upgrades, and hardware refresh cycles.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage vendor and MSP relationships, including day-to-day engagement, escalations, service quality, and SLA adherence.
  • Own endpoint management across a mixed fleet using Microsoft Intune and Jamf, including configuration profiles, compliance policies, and patching.
  • Administer core stack tools like Microsoft 365, Okta, and Cisco Meraki, and support the migration to Microsoft Entra ID Conditional Access.

Qualifications:

  • Active CISM certification required; hands-on experience with Jamf, Microsoft Intune, and Microsoft Entra ID.
  • Prior RMM platform experience and knowledge of MSP operating models, SLAs, and vendor management.
  • Strong project management, communication, and organizational skills for managing concurrent projects and stakeholders.

Vendor & MSP Management:

  • Serve as primary owner of outside vendor support services, reviewing performance, invoices, and contracts.
  • Act as escalation point between employees and MSP helpdesk to ensure issues are resolved to standard.
