  • Own UPSTACK's internal IT operations, including endpoint management, internal technology projects, and outside vendor/MSP relationships.
  • Lead end-to-end internal IT projects such as platform transitions, network upgrades, and hardware refresh cycles while ensuring SLA adherence and cost-effectiveness.
  • Manage the device fleet with Microsoft Intune and Jamf, and support the migration to Microsoft Entra ID Conditional Access under a Zero Trust model.
