This is a mission-critical leadership role reporting directly to the CFO and partnering closely with the CEO and executive leadership team. This role offers a unique opportunity to lead and scale the human resources function in a multi-product software platform that will continue to acquire new business units at a high velocity. The Sr. Director of People will serve as the senior-most people leader responsible for aligning human capital strategy with business objectives.

Build and lead a high-performing SDR team supporting pipeline generation across a growing portfolio of B2B SaaS business units. Reporting to the Director of Sales Development, you will manage SDR performance, scale outbound and inbound processes, and meet team-level pipeline goals, working cross-functionally with Account Executives, Marketing, and Sales leadership.
