VP, Product

Position Overview:

• The VP, Product raises the quality, speed, and ambition of product development across the Cordance portfolio.
• This role partners with BU Presidents, Product leaders, and Engineering teams to strengthen product strategy and execution.

Key Responsibilities:

• Work with Presidents and product leaders to turn customer needs and market opportunities into clear strategies and roadmaps.
• Improve the quality of major product bets by assessing customer value, market opportunity, and business impact.
• Help teams identify AI-native opportunities and apply AI across discovery, development, and launch.

Qualifications:

• Significant B2B SaaS product leadership experience from concept through scale.
• Hands-on experience applying AI to product development and customer-facing products.
• Strong understanding of SaaS economics and experience working with senior business leaders.
