Role Overview:
- VP of Product reporting directly to the CEO, overseeing product teams across all Mapbox services.
- Drive strategic direction, product-market fit, and commercial adoption.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and communicate a clear product vision for external-facing services.
- Build for the customer by engaging directly with customers, industry leaders, and partners.
- Grow the merchant ecosystem and partner with engineering leads to optimize go-to-market.
What We're Looking For:
- 10+ years of product leadership experience with a strong AI technical foundation.
- Proven B2B2C and zero-to-one track record, with expertise in developer-focused products.
- Data-driven decision-making, operational excellence, and strong communication skills.
Compensation & Benefits:
- Annual base compensation ranges from $331,000 to $410,000 for most US locations.
