• Own the strategic vision and execution for solutions that guide members to high-quality, cost-effective care.
• Define the roadmap for care steerage capabilities and manage the complete product lifecycle.
• Drive product development from concept through launch and optimization, ensuring on-time delivery of high-impact features.

• Lead the development and go-to-market strategy for the evolution of our B2B2C product suite and widget.
• Own product strategy and execution across our developer tools including the LI.FI widget and our SDK.
• Drive innovation and adoption among our partners and bring new product successfully to the market.

You’ll own how eligible members first discover, understand, and join Vida—turning awareness into activation. This includes optimizing employer and partner launches, refining targeting and messaging, and building scalable digital funnels that convert eligible individuals into active members. You’ll report to the Chief Product Officer and work closely with Marketing, Client Success, and Engineering to deliver measurable growth across multiple channels and conditions.
