Role Overview:
- Own IT operations, Microsoft 365, and security compliance in a fully remote, cloud-only environment.
- Report directly to the CEO and partner with the Director of Compliance on audits.
Key Responsibilities:
- Administer identity, device, backup, and SaaS environments.
- Implement security controls and lead incident response.
- Provide hands-on support for a distributed workforce.
What We're Looking For:
- 5-8+ years experience with Microsoft 365 and Entra ID.
- Proven ownership of backup recovery and security audits.
- Comfort with unglamorous, solo IT work.
Compensation & Benefits:
- Annual salary between $135,000 and $170,000.
