Seeking a highly skilled, driven, detailed, motivated and well-spoken Project Coordinator to work alongside business stakeholders within our Initiative Management Office (iMO). The coordinator will coordinate multiple projects, help teams plan and execute projects, create project plans, track progress, and communicate with stakeholders. They will also remove barriers, promote teamwork, and drive the company towards its key objectives.

Evaluate customer interactions and analyze findings, working collaboratively across the team and wider business, providing actionable insight by considering accuracy, customer service performance and adherence to regulatory standards against UW vision, policies and procedures. Conduct interaction monitoring, provide internal operational support, and share trends and insights.
