Operations Compliance Specialist

What you’ll do:

• Support internal and external audits by helping coordinate documentation, timelines, and follow up items
• Own day to day execution of assigned audit and monitoring workstreams within established processes
• Collaborate with cross functional partners to gather information and support compliance reviews

What success looks like:

• Independently manages assigned audit deliverables, documentation coordination, and follow ups
• Tracks audit findings, prioritizes follow up actions across competing deadlines, and escalates delays or risks
• Collaborates with internal teams to gather information and clarify requirements

What you’ll bring:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
• 4+ years of cross functional experience in a high growth startup and or healthcare systems
• Exceptional written, verbal, and listening communication skills
