About the Role:

  • Responsible for ensuring adherence to healthcare regulatory requirements.
  • Supports the organization in navigating emerging regulatory considerations.
  • Ensures that compliance principles are embedded into Rula’s ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Leading compliance risk assessments and internal controls.
  • Overseeing investigations and corrective action processes.
  • Developing and maintaining compliance policies and training programs.

Required Qualifications:

  • Strong knowledge of federal and state healthcare regulatory frameworks.
  • Experience collaborating with Legal, Clinical Operations, Finance, Engineering, and Product.
  • Familiarity with compliance risk assessments, internal audits, investigations, and corrective action planning.
