About the Role:
- Responsible for ensuring adherence to healthcare regulatory requirements.
- Supports the organization in navigating emerging regulatory considerations.
- Ensures that compliance principles are embedded into Rula’s ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities:
- Leading compliance risk assessments and internal controls.
- Overseeing investigations and corrective action processes.
- Developing and maintaining compliance policies and training programs.
Required Qualifications:
- Strong knowledge of federal and state healthcare regulatory frameworks.
- Experience collaborating with Legal, Clinical Operations, Finance, Engineering, and Product.
- Familiarity with compliance risk assessments, internal audits, investigations, and corrective action planning.
