Job Description
Responsible for Regulatory & Compliance, including monitoring and applying national and EU regulatory frameworks. Prepare and manage regulatory reports, ensuring accuracy and timeliness. Assist with internal audits and governance processes.
Support commercial and corporate legal matters, including drafting and negotiating commercial and investment contracts. Provide legal and regulatory risk assessments.
Work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure legal and compliance alignment. Contribute to internal training and compliance culture initiatives.
Qualified candidates should have 3-4 years of compliance/regulatory law experience, and a strong understanding of regulatory regimes. Need excellent written and verbal communication skills.
