Responsibilities:

Serve as the Release Train Engineer (RTE) and operational leader.
Lead and coordinate a large Agile Release Train.
Drive execution of the full systems engineering lifecycle across the contract.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Systems Engineering, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical discipline.
10+ years of experience leading complex DoD technical programs involving systems engineering and software/system delivery.
Demonstrated experience serving in an RTE, Agile program leadership, or equivalent large-scale Agile coordination role.

Desired Skills:

Master’s degree in Systems Engineering, Engineering Management, or a related field.
SAFe RTE certification.
Experience with enterprise logistics or large-scale information systems.
