Responsibilities:
- Drive Geographic Expansion: Define and lead the privacy and compliance roadmap for entering new global markets.
- Own Questionnaires & Contracts: Take end-to-end ownership of completing enterprise security questionnaires and deeply reviewing data agreements.
Qualifications:
- 7+ years in data privacy, compliance, or tech law within a fast-paced B2B SaaS or HealthTech environment.
- Deep expertise in global privacy frameworks like GDPR and HIPAA.
- Proven ability to negotiate Data Processing Agreements and Business Associate Agreements.
