Key Responsibilities:

  • Partner with T&A, Payroll Operations, and Product teams to integrate country-specific labor law requirements into system design and configuration.
  • Establish governance checkpoints and review processes to ensure regulatory alignment without slowing project delivery.
  • Develop and maintain T&A compliance documentation, including control narratives and risk registers.

Compliance & Risk Focus:

  • Interpret labor legislation and translate statutory obligations into operational controls and system functionality.
  • Identify compliance gaps or control weaknesses to prevent operational or regulatory exposure.
  • Coordinate internal and external audit requests, ensuring delivery of complete and defensible documentation.

Qualifications & Offer:

  • Hands-on experience with global payroll Time & Attendance systems like Workday or UKG across multiple jurisdictions.
  • Strong project management skills with ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders without direct authority.
