Global Intake & Case Management Assistant

What you'll do:

• Handle inbound intake calls and conduct the full intake process from initial call through file setup.
• Take ownership of converting qualified prospects into signed clients with timely follow-up and accurate documentation.
• Enter intake details into CasePeer and prepare initial documentation like letters of representation.

What we're looking for:

• 3–5 years of direct intake experience with a U.S.-based personal injury law firm.
• Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish with excellent communication skills.
• Ability to work U.S. hours (11:00 AM–7:00 PM EST) in a remote, structured environment.
