About the Role:
- Support a fast-paced personal injury law firm as a remote virtual assistant.
- Handle calls, client communication, and case-related administrative duties.
Responsibilities:
- Answer and route calls, take messages, and log interactions.
- Obtain insurance info, request medical records, and update adjuster details.
Qualifications:
- Bilingual English/Spanish with strong communication skills.
- Experience in legal intake, healthcare scheduling, or high-volume call centers.
- CRM proficiency (Litify, Filevine, SmartAdvocate, Clio).
Contractor Terms:
- Independent contractor with no employee benefits or PTO.
- Must supply own equipment and secure workspace.
