Key Responsibilities:
- Manage an average caseload of 80 to 120 personal injury cases while maintaining quality and efficiency.
- Coordinate with clients, medical providers, insurance carriers, and attorneys under attorney supervision.
- Maintain accurate, complete, and up-to-date case documentation in Litify.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years of recent experience in plaintiff personal injury case management.
- Fluent in English and Spanish with strong organizational and communication skills.
- Experience with no-fault, BI, and UM/SUM claims in a plaintiff firm.
Work Environment:
- Independent contractor engagement supplying your own equipment and workspace.
- Remote work with specific technical requirements including a capable computer and stable internet.
