What You'll Do:
- Own your matters end to end with minimal supervision, from handoff through final submission.
- Develop expert-level understanding of client industries and practice areas to provide tailored advice.
- Solve complex immigration issues across multiple visa types and lead strategy on RFEs.
What We’re Looking For:
- J.D. and active U.S. state bar admission with 4+ years of associate-level experience in employment-based immigration.
- Exceptional knowledge of PERM, H-1B, L-1, TN, and other visa categories, plus prior team management preferred.
- Client-first mindset, strong communication, and comfort with a high-cadence remote environment.
