Position Overview:
- Support U.S. family-based immigration cases from a fully remote role in Brazil.
- Collaborate with a U.S.-based legal team to prepare petitions and manage case files.
What You'll Do:
- Prepare, review, and organize immigration petitions, applications, and supporting evidence.
- Monitor USCIS deadlines and communicate with clients to gather required documentation.
- Conduct legal research and assist attorneys with case preparation and submissions.
What We're Looking For:
- At least two years of experience as a U.S. Immigration Paralegal in a U.S. law firm.
- Strong knowledge of USCIS procedures and family-based immigration processes.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and time-management skills for remote work.
