The Role:
- Legal intern with the ACLU's Immigrants' Rights Project.
- Full-time for 10 weeks, remote or hybrid in San Francisco.
The Team:
- Litigates in courts across the U.S., including the Supreme Court.
- Works on due process, detention, asylum, and equal justice for immigrants.
What You'll Do:
- Draft memoranda, affidavits, and briefs.
- Conduct legal and policy research.
- Create public education materials and track legislation.
Logistics:
- Must be a U.S. law student based in the U.S.
- Stipend of $24 per hour available.
