What You’ll Do:
- Gain valuable experience working with the Immigrants' Rights Project.
- Learn about impact litigation and other legal advocacy tools.
Your Day to Day:
- Draft memoranda, affidavits, and briefs.
- Conduct legal and policy research, and research prospects for new litigation.
- Research and draft materials for public education, and track legislation.
What You’ll Bring:
- Excellent research, communication, and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and attention to detail.
- Commitment to civil liberties, civil rights, and social justice.
Internship Logistics:
- Part-time commitment of 20 hours per week for 12 weeks.
- Available remote or hybrid based in New York.
- Open to U.S. law students; for course credit only.
