Role Overview:
- You will guide clients through employment-based immigration matters from handoff through final submission.
- Build legal strategy and manage every milestone, with opportunities across H-1B, L-1A/B, TN, E-3, O-1A, EB-1C, EB-2 NIW, and PERM.
What You'll Do:
- Advise clients directly on petition strategy, RFE response, and compliance obligations.
- Work with paralegals on document collection, organization, and filing logistics in case management.
- Use Manifest's AI tools to support case quality and efficiency as a performance multiplier.

Who We're Looking For:
