Responsibilities:
- Conduct legal research and prepare memoranda on corporate, tax, and marketing matters.
- Draft and review contracts including software development, license, and SaaS agreements.
- Provide legal support for marketing campaigns, IP protection, and HR consultations.
Requirements:
- Full legal degree with excellent knowledge of Ukrainian and international law.
- At least 2 years of experience in corporate, financial, or IT law.
- Strong analytical skills and proactive risk management mindset.
