Lien Resolution Associate, Personal Injury (Remote, Bilingual English/Spanish)

Role overview:

• Help injured clients keep more of their settlement by negotiating medical balances.
• Manage a high-volume reductions caseload from balance verification through closing coordination.

Key responsibilities:

• Negotiate hospital liens and medical provider balances under attorney supervision.
• Submit reduction requests, follow up consistently, and obtain written confirmation of agreements.
• Maintain accurate records in Litify and coordinate with attorneys and closing staff.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of recent personal injury reductions, liens, or medical bill negotiation experience.
• Fluent in English and Spanish; proficiency with legal case management software required.
• Independent, detail-oriented worker comfortable in a 100% remote environment.

Remote engagement:

• Pay is $1,200 to $1,500 USD per month.
• 100% remote independent contractor with a 40-hour workweek.
