Lien Resolution Associate

Role Overview:

• Negotiate hospital liens and medical provider balances under attorney supervision.
• Review medical bills, verify outstanding balances, and obtain supporting documentation.
• Maintain accurate records in Litify and coordinate with attorneys for settlement disbursement.

Requirements:

• At least two years of plaintiff personal injury reductions experience.
• Direct experience negotiating with hospitals and medical providers.
• Bilingual English and Spanish with strong communication skills.

Remote Engagement:

• Independent contractor remote position with a 40-hour workweek.
• Requires reliable internet, a computer, and a quiet professional workspace.
