Client Experience Representative

Responsibilities:

• Professionally and warmly assist clients through inbound and outbound calls and other approved communication channels.
• Conduct welcome, courtesy, and proactive follow-up calls based on case stage and client needs.
• Document client interactions and escalations accurately in Litify and other approved systems.

Qualifications:

• Professional fluency in both English and Spanish with strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Previous customer service experience required; call center or case management experience preferred.
• Comfort using case-management systems and learning new technology.

Compensation & Schedule:

• Full-time availability required for a 40-hour workweek with two days off.
• Compensation is USD 1000 - USD 1700 monthly as an independent contractor.
• Paid time off and healthcare benefits are not provided.
