Qualifications:

• Bilingual (Spanish/English) strongly preferred with 2+ years of customer service experience in a BPO setup.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills and strong problem-solving abilities.
• Team-oriented, dependable, professional, and flexible with shifting schedules.
