Lien Resolution Associate

Role Overview:

• We are seeking a detail-oriented and collaborative Lien Resolution Associate to join our remote team.
• You will play a vital part in helping injured clients retain more of their settlement by negotiating medical balances.

Key Responsibilities:

• Negotiate hospital liens and medical provider balances under attorney supervision, applying strategic techniques to achieve favorable outcomes.
• Review medical bills, verify balances, and maintain accurate records in legal case management software.
• Coordinate proactively with attorneys and closing staff to resolve outstanding items and prepare files for settlement.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 2 years of recent plaintiff personal injury lien reduction or medical bill negotiation experience supporting a U.S. law firm.
• Fluent in English and Spanish, with proven ability to independently manage a high-volume caseload in a remote environment.
• Experience with legal case management software such as Litify is preferred.
