Data and Analytics Consultant

Summary:

• Focused on relationship-driven governance and translating business needs into trusted data assets.
• Be the primary business-facing data steward for Procurement, Real Estate, Enterprise Security, and related domains.
• Drive enterprise data standards, resolve cross-functional data issues, and partner with engineering to ensure data solutions meet business needs.

What you’ll do:

• Advise on data access, classification, and security practices in partnership with technology and risk teams.
• Enable analytics adoption and discoverability through data cataloging, coaching analysts, and improving data literacy.
• Influence change across stakeholders, present recommendations to senior leaders, and coach teams on governance responsibilities.

Qualifications:

• Strong SQL and relational database experience. Hands-on experience with ETL/ELT tools and modern data platforms.
• Demonstrated experience implementing data governance, stewardship, metadata management, and data quality processes.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills; ability to interface with senior leadership and technical SMEs.
