Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary legal advisor to Liberty’s North America Casualty line of business and Programs portfolio.
  • Advise on domestic insurance regulatory issues impacting casualty products and programs across admitted and E&S markets.
  • Support product filings and related regulatory strategy for admitted products.

Qualifications:

  • JD from an accredited law school and admission to at least one U.S. state bar.
  • Typically 5+ years’ insurance‑industry legal experience.
  • Strong drafting, negotiation and client‑facing skills.
