Reviewing various insurance policies; determine whether the carrier has a duty to provide a defense and/or indemnification to the insured
Prepare coverage correspondence, if there is a duty to defend, assign approved defense counsel
Oversee the work of defense counsel who will report generally in 90-day intervals

Skills & Experience to Be Successful:

Juris Doctorate degree (JD) from an accredited U.S. law school and licensed to practice law
Excellent verbal and written communication skills required
Excellent time management skills needed
