Responsibilities:
- Draft pleadings, motions, briefs, legal memoranda and other legal documents.
- Investigate claims and draft coverage opinion letters.
- Provide clients with insurance coverage advice on a variety of subjects.
Qualifications:
- At least 8 years of defense litigation experience and 5+ years of coverage/coverage litigation experience.
- Experience in areas of insurance coverage including drafting coverage opinions in one or more insurance lines.
- Superior analytical skills, strong written and oral communication skills.
