Responsibilities:
- Lead and grow data science team by providing technical oversight, coaching, and development to enable high performance.
- Own strategy and delivery for modeling, analytics tools, dashboards, and decision-support products that drive data ‑ driven strategic decisions across Distribution & Marketing.
- Partner with business stakeholders, risk, legal, and compliance to translate strategic priorities into actionable analytics solutions and to manage model risk.
Qualifications:
- Deep knowledge of predictive analytic techniques and statistical diagnostics of models.
- Proven ability to lead and drive projects to completion through others, to include prior experience effectively managing talent.
- Exchanges ideas and conveys complex information clearly and concisely, verbally, visually, and in writing, consistent with stakeholders with up to and including SBU/Corp Dept leadership and enterprise wide.
