We’re gaining momentum and looking for an experienced BDR Manager to lead and scale a team of outbound business development representatives focused on qualified pipeline generation. Reporting to the Vice President of Sales, you’ll play a key role in owning the outbound strategy and partnering with cross functional leaders to ensure our outbound efforts are focused, intentional, and impactful. If you thrive on coaching, driving activity, and partnering cross functionally with stakeholders to influence revenue, this role could be a great fit. You will lead, coach, and mentor a team of BDRs to exceed pipeline and meeting goals, refine targeting, messaging, and sequencing to increase engagement and conversion, and partner with Account Executives and Revenue Leaders to deliver clear expectations around pipeline coverage and alignment.
