The Development Associate will provide essential administrative support to the mission-critical team within the organizations. Responsibilities include supporter data coordination, grants management, and other research and administrative projects. Members of the Development Team are collaborative and independent.

Support the growth of the company by developing and managing proposal responses. Collaborate with sales teams, internal departments, and external stakeholders across all business segments. Create a digital content library, streamline content organization and ensure accuracy and accessibility. Coordinate internal teams to ensure proposals are comprehensive.
