Job Description
The Strategic Account Executive will focus on working with our existing customers to cross-sell additional Recurly products and identify and expand to new lines of business within larger parent accounts. This position requires balancing the skills of a hunter, capable of sourcing new opportunities, with those of a farmer, adept at building meaningful customer relationships through a consultative approach.
Responsibilities include identifying new business lines within parent accounts, cross-selling Recurly apps to existing customers, managing sales opportunities from start to finish, creating territory plans to meet goals, building a pipeline of qualified prospects, and maintaining in-depth knowledge of Recurlyβs product, technology, competitors, and industry trends, and providing tailored, technical demonstrations of the Recurly solution and its benefits.
