Job Duties:
- Communicate with patient over the phone.
- Access patient's EMR and review chart notes.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Skills:
- Verbally communicate why patients should use shields pharmacy.
- Strong verbal communication and phone skills.
- Self-motivation and ability to work effectively.
Experience/ Education:
- Active Louisiana Pharmacy Technician license required.
- 1+ years' experience as a Pharmacy Technician or related experience.
- High school diploma or GED required, Bachelor's Degree strongly preferred
