Job Purpose:
- Proactively grow the specialty pharmacy patient population.
- Educate patients on the benefits of the Shields Specialty Pharmacy Program.
- Protect patient information and Shields' values.
Job Duties:
- Communicate the advantages of the pharmacy program to patients.
- Review patient EMRs before outbound calls.
- Identify medication storage and handling requirements.
Experience/ Education:
- Requires an active pharmacy license in Florida.
- 0-1 years' experience as a Pharmacy Technician a related field is preferred.
- High school diploma or GED required.
