Clinical Pharmacist - TX License Required Remote

Job Duties:

• Reviewing and interpreting clinician's patient care note/assessments for supportive clinical data.
• Develop and refine disease and drug specific clinical protocol to maximize patient adherence.
• Evaluation of EMR to review drug and disease interaction.

Skills:

• Analyze information and exercise good judgment.
• Possess strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Exhibit strong technical and clinical skills.

Experience/ Education:

• Applicant must hold a Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) or equivalent advanced degree.
• 1+ years' experience is strongly preferred but not required.
• Be a licensed Pharmacist in Texas.
